Rachel Boynton, MBA, CM&AA
As Co-Founder of LifeShare, a multi-state human services and healthcare organization, Rachel has a unique background of over 20 years of successful operational experience, and over 7 years of M&A, in addition to an MBA in Healthcare Management and M&A certifications of: CM&AA, IM&A and M&AP.
Taira Kelley
Taira is a senior executive with 30 years of successful leadership in healthcare payer and provider organizations nationwide, including participation in strategic alignment and integration with M&A targets. She brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of government program priorities and principles.
Ryan Rhoads, LMHC
Ryan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) whose career has spanned from providing direct services in the community to his time as a Senior Leader in Managed Care. He has worked directly with many provider agencies to create meaningful and effective services. His work at the MCO level included working with acquisitions and creating integration strategies and he looks to bring this expertise to his role at Athena as Managing Director.
