As Co-Founder of LifeShare, a multi-state human services and healthcare organization, Rachel has a unique background of over 20 years of successful operational experience, and over 7 years of M&A, in addition to an MBA in Healthcare Management and M&A certifications of: CM&AA, IM&A and M&AP.
Leanne Erwin
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Athena Management, Athena M&A, and Athena Won
Leanne is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in managed care, where she primarily focused on complex populations. Most recently, she collaborated with a tactical team to design innovative solutions for individuals with behavioral health needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities, criminal legal involvement, and families in the foster care system.

Christina oversees operations and talent strategy at Athena Won, where she partners with complex healthcare organizations to expand access to Medicaid-based systems and programs. She is also the founder of Say Sorbet, a boutique communications agency supporting healthcare and nonprofit companies with thought leadership, media strategy, and human-centered storytelling.
