Most recently, Leanne served as Director of Complex Health Solutions at CareSource, where she led major transformations in health plan operations, provider support, and member services. Her tenure at CareSource also spanned product support, provider information management, and cross-functional leadership, giving her deep expertise in operational efficiency, compliance, and member-centered innovation.
Leanne is passionate about building and fostering strong teams through a positive, people-first mindset. At one point in her career, she directly managed nearly 40 team members, an experience that reinforced her commitment to empowering others to grow, lead, and succeed. In addition to fostering organizational growth and championing people-first cultures, Leanne is committed to advancing positive change in healthcare operations and improving outcomes for those with the greatest needs.
Leanne Erwin
Leanne is a highly driven, operations-oriented leader with more than a decade of experience in the managed care industry, with a strong focus on supporting complex populations. She began her career in provider operations, ensuring timely and efficient claims payment and fine-tuning systems that enabled providers to deliver care seamlessly. During this time, she also developed a passion for influencing service-lead leadership in others.
In recent years, Leanne has concentrated on serving individuals with complex needs, helping to develop innovative solutions for those with behavioral health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, criminal legal involvement, and families in the foster care system. She also partnered to create the Institute for Relational Health, a unique program designed to address the growing loneliness epidemic.
