As Co-Founder of LifeShare, a multi-state human services and healthcare organization, Rachel has a unique background of over 20 years of successful operational experience and over 7 years of M&A, in addition to an MBA in Healthcare Management and M&A certifications of: CM&AA, IM&A and M&AP.

Josh is a healthcare executive and operator with more than 30 years of experience across Medicaid, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and complex populations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Complex Health Solutions and Specialty Companies at CareSource, leading enterprise strategy and growth across IDD, child welfare, justice-involved populations, substance use disorder, and serious mental illness, with a focus on building scalable, value-based models that integrate clinical care with social and relational health.
