Anoop Dhillon is a healthcare strategy and management consultant with more than a decade of experience leading system transformation, analytics, data governance, and compliance programs across North American health systems. Her work spans federal healthcare clients, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, the BC Ministry of Health, Vancouver Coastal Health, Shoppers Drug Mart, and CAMH’s national 9-8-8 Crisis Line launch, where she has directed cross-functional teams, facilitated executive steering sessions, and aligned dozens of stakeholders around complex initiatives. Her foundation in health informatics, built through hands-on roles with EHR, PACS, and clinical systems, allows her to bridge clinical, technical, and executive perspectives and turn ambiguity into scalable, measurable results. Anoop holds an Executive Master of Health Informatics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Washington.
